The Picholine olive oil has good taste (doesn’t taste like medicine). Use it for salads and other dishes.
I mostly use this one for medicinal purposes, making a point of ingesting a tablespoon a day. I do also use it for dipping mixed with my balsamic choice of the day and anything else I want to use plain olive oil for. I like the peppery after taste. It is not too overwhelming and is smooth as silk. I've been to Morocco and have been looking for an exceptional oil from there. Found it.
I read this was one of the best oils available with much benefit for your body. Love the taste, slightly peppery. I bought a 2 liter bottle and happy I did. Will buy again.
