It's The Real Deal!

The most studied and beneficial polyphenol in EVOO is oleocanthal. You can always tell the level of this poly by the back-of-the-throat burn you get, after you swallow EVOO. This one gives that effect more than any other EVOO I've ever drank. So, I know this one is the real deal. And it always comes in a nice box and certification that it was freshly bottled.

I have not opened this one yet as I still have the Tri from Georgetown. However, their quality and taste are excellent and the polypthenols levels are the highest I have seen. I love they have a third party verifying their poly levels. Expensive but excellent!!
