Shipping Policy:

  • International Shipping: We are offer international shipping through UPS, USPS and DHL. Please note that for international orders, customers may be subject to customs duties and fees based on the regulations of the country or region to which the order is being shipped. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing in different countries.
  • Damaged in Shipment - Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to Georgetown Olive Oil Co™. within 7 days of receiving the product. If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please report the problem right away. You can do so by submitting this form or email us at info@georgetownoliveoil.com right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.

Undeliverable Shipment:

  • We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss resulting from shipments being returned to the freight location or marked undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
  • Additionally, we cannot be liable for situations where the recipient is unable to receive the package on the expected delivery date. While we strive for proper handling and timely delivery of packages by third-party carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS), circumstances beyond our control may affect the outcome.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We do not assume liability for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided with the order. If you encounter such an issue, we recommend contacting your local carrier immediately for inquiries and assistance regarding the delivery of your package.

Return Policy:

  • Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, Items must be unused and in it’s original packaging. Please submit this form or contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
  • Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
  • Exceptions: Perishable or food items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless there is a quality issue or damage during transit.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please submit this form or contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

  • Special / Custom orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges/refunds.
