Preparation

The fact that we have been master vinegar-makers in Orléans since 1797 doesn’t stop us from exploring new territories. Based on our know-how, we wanted to develop a 100% French ketchup, which gives pride of place to tomatoes and our barrel-aged white wine vinegar.
